The Woodstock Aquatic Center was built as a pre-Olympic training center in 1996. Owned by Chattahoochee Gold, it features a competition pool with both twenty-five yard lanes and fifty meter lanes, as well as a lesson instruction pool. As of 2004, the entire pool area is enclosed in a new building with a retractable enclosure over the 50 meter lanes, making this one of the most unique and versatile training facilities in the country. Top caliber construction and materials were used, and the facility design is dedicated solely to swim team, lesson instruction, and fitness swimming requirements of the community. The Woodstock Aquatic Center is located in southern Cherokee County.

Take 575 to Exit 8, and turn east onto Towne Lake Parkway. Go east approximately one mile, traveling over the railroad tracks. Look for City Hall on the left, and turn left into the parking lot.

Chattahoochee Gold is a charter member of the Mountain View Aquatic Center, one of Georgia's finest swimming facilities. This five million dollar, indoor fifty-meter pool, is located in East Cobb County and features state of the art timing systems and competition design.
